Through the development MA-EYES (Strategic Business Management System), we have created an open source series known as ExCella.
Since its release in May of 2009, it has been increasingly growing and we will continue to aggressively promote the use of OSS (open source software) in information systems.
Excel, which is used in a wide variety of applications, has come to be depended on by many companies.
However, with commonly used languages, such as Java, coding efforts can take large amounts of time.
In order to solve this problem, we have developed ExCella. Using its basic framework and medium to high level API, seamless Java and Excel integration can be easily realized.
ExCella Core is the framework for manipulating and extracting data within an Excel file using Java.
ExCella CoreExCella Reports provides the mechanism for creating ledger sheets and PDF files from an existing Excel template.
ExCella ReportsExCella Trans provides support for converting and transitioning Excel data for use with SQL databases and ORM tools.
